What is the Go Global with RM0 Bank Islam Fees campaign?
It is a limited-time campaign offering a 100% waiver of Bank Islam’s service and cable fees for eligible Global Transfers completed through BIMB Mobile banking app or BIMB Web baking platform.
When is the campaign period?
The campaign runs from 15 July to 31 December 2026.
Who is eligible?
All customers who perform an eligible Overseas Transfer via BIMB Mobile or BIMB Web during the campaign period will enjoy RM0 Bank Islam fees and may use Global Transfer for eligible overseas payments, subject to the campaign Terms and Conditions.
Are there any additional Bank Islam fees?
No Bank Islam service charges will be added to eligible Overseas Transfers during the campaign period. The amount displayed as Total Transfer Amount before confirmation is the amount that will be debited from your account. However, intermediary or beneficiary bank charges may apply and could reduce the amount ultimately received by the recipient.
Where can I enjoy the RM0 Bank Islam fee offer?
The offer is available for eligible transactions completed through BIMB Mobile and BIMB Web.
Does the campaign apply to branch transactions?
No. The RM0 Bank Islam fee offer applies only to eligible digital transactions performed through BIMB Mobile and BIMB Web. Branch-assisted transactions remain subject to prevailing branch fees.
What can I use Global Transfer for?
Global Transfer may be used for eligible overseas payment purposes, such as education, family support, travel, and other approved international commitments, subject to Bank Islam’s prevailing requirements.
Do I need to provide supporting information?
The information required may vary depending on the transaction, destination country, payment purpose, and applicable regulatory requirements. Customers should follow the instructions provided during the transfer process.
What happens after 31 December 2026?
The RM0 Bank Islam Fees Campaign ends on 31 December 2026. Prevailing fees will apply thereafter unless otherwise communicated by Bank Islam.
