Step 1

For any BIMB Mobile or BIMB Web transaction that requires BIMB Secure authorisation, you’ll receive a push notification on your device

Step 2

Please verify that your transaction details are correct. If you did not request this transaction, reject it immediately.

Step 3

You will see a confirmation message indicating that you have authorised this transaction. Please check your device to ensure the transaction is completed.

How do I access BIMB Web?

To access BIMB Web, you need to register as a user. Please refer to the How to Use section in the Help Centre at https://www.bimb.com/ for the steps to register.

Who can apply access to BIMB Web?
To access for BIMB Web, you must be at least 12 years old, and you are required to have a Bank Islam Account, Debit Card-i, Credit Card-i, or Financing facility before signing up as a user. For customer age 12 to 17 years old please refer to clause 6.10 on BIMB Lite questions for details of our BIMB Lite features.
I have a Bank Islam ATM/Debit Card-i linked to an individual, sole proprietor, and joint account. If I register for BIMB Web, can I access all these accounts?

Yes, you can access Individual and Joint Accounts through BIMB Web, which can be obtained via https://www.bankislam.com/.

However, to access your Sole Proprietor Account, you must:

  • Apply for a separate Bank Islam Debit Card-i linked to the Sole Proprietor Account, and
  • Register separately for BIMB Web access using that card.
