What type of transaction requires authentication through BIMB Secure?

  • FPX transaction regardless any amount
  • Bank Islam Card-i online & eCommerce transaction

Step 1

For any BIMB Mobile or BIMB Web transaction that requires BIMB Secure authorisation, you’ll receive a push notification on your device

Step 2

Please verify that your transaction details are correct. If you did not request this transaction, reject it immediately.

Step 3

You will see a confirmation message indicating that you have authorised this transaction. Please check your device to ensure the transaction is completed.

Frequently asked questions

To sign up for BIMB Web, you must:

  • Age 12 years or older.
  • Have an Individual Current/Savings/ Transactional Investment Account or a Sole Proprietor Account or have a financing facility; or
  • Have Bank Islam ATM/Debit Card-i or Credit Card-i
  • For Customers aged 12–17 years old (Minor), your parent/ legal guardian is required to sign an indemnity form at the branch as part of the authorization process for you to have online banking access.

What are the requirements to create Username?
Your Username must consist of 6 to 10 alphanumeric characters and cannot include special characters.
