What are the requirements to sign up for BIMB Web?
To sign up for BIMB Web, you must:
- Age 12 years or older.
- Have an Individual Current/Savings/ Transactional Investment Account or a Sole Proprietor Account or have a financing facility; or
- Have Bank Islam ATM/Debit Card-i or Credit Card-i
- For Customers aged 12–17 years old (Minor), your parent/ legal guardian is required to sign an indemnity form at the branch as part of the authorization process for you to have online banking access.

Your Username must consist of 6 to 10 alphanumeric characters and cannot include special characters.
